24.09.2018 It was recorded in order dated 24^^ July,2018 thatthe Plaintiffwishes to withdraw the present matter. Again on 18 September,2018,the son of the Plaintiffappeared and submitted that his counsel is not available and he
2018:DHC:9218 would like his counsel to be present for the said withdrawal.The matter was then adjourned. The Defendants have been present in person since the last few hearings. Again today, none appears for the Plaintiff. Ld. Counsel for the Defendants and the defendants who are present in person submitthatthe son ofthe Plaintiff was present in the court premises today. It is clear that the Plaintiffis notinterested in prosecuting the suits.
Accordingly,both suits are dismissed for non-prosecution.
