25.09.2018 Review Petition No.362/2018 (by the appellants)
JUDGMENT

1. Heard on the application seeking review of an order passed by this Court on 31st August, 2018 in the matter of rejecting the petitioner’s prayer for grant of interim relief so also dismissing the LPA No.305/2018 on account of the fact that the writ petition was pending consideration before the learned writ Court and at this stage no interim relief by way of admission to the petitioner can be granted, this application has been filed for review/recall.

2. Having considered the submissions made, we find no case made out for review or recall of the order passed. The writ petition is yet to be decided by the writ Court and implication of the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ petitions and LPAs are yet to be considered by the writ 2018:DHC:6204-DB R.P.No.362/2018 in LPA 503/2018 Court and a decision taken. That being so, we find no reason to make an indulgence into the matter.

3. The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
