Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions.
1. Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 294 of 2013 under Section 324 IPC registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar based on the basis of settlement.
2. Petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are resident of same 2018:DHC:6545 locality. Parties are also related to each other.
3. Subject FIR was registered consequent to a quarrel that took place between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes with the intervention of family members and neighbours and settlement deed dated 04.09.2018 has been executed.
5. Respondent Nos.[2] and 3 are present in person, represented by their counsel and are identified by the Investigating Officer. They submit that they have settled their dispute with the petitioner and do not want to continue with the present matter and has no objection in case the said FIR against the petitioner is quashed.
6. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. FIR No. 294 of 2013 under Section 324 IPC registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating there from are quashed.
7. Order Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
