JUDGMENT
1. The cause advanced:in thisMWrit-petition is amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
2. In view of the proscription contained in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union Of India, (1997) 3 SCC 261, it is not possible for me to entertain this writ petition as a court of first instance.
3. The petitioner is, therefore, permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the Tribunal for appropriate relief W.P.(C). 9680/2018 2018:DHC:8642
4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
