JUDGMENT
1. The impugned order is set aside. The matter is remitted to the learned Single Judge who shall consider the question of grant of interim relief on the basis of the pleadings and contentions of the parties. Parties shall be present before the concerned learned Single Judge, on 3rd October, 2018.
