1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have settled their disputes and settlement agreement dated 04.05.2018 has been executed before the Delhi High Court Meditation & Conciliation Centre.

2. In terms of the settlement, petitioner had to pay a sum of Rs.31,000/-. Said sum of Rs.31,000/- has been paid today vide CR.L..MX.5842/2014 & 5927/2014 2018:DHC:8241 A;. r i'y demand draft No.546305 dated 28.09.2018 drawn on United Bank of India.

3. In view of the saidsettlement, learned counsel forthe petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petitions.

4. Petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
