Mr.R.S.Kundu, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State opposing the two petitions at the outset submits that besides the two petitioners there are three other accused and the allegations m the FIR are serious in nature.
Having considered the allegations in the FIR and Section 386 IPG already being invoked during the investigation which is a serious offence, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of compromise.
Petitions are dismissed.
