JUDGMENT

1. There is no dispute about the fact that,the cause ventilated in this writ petition woufd'- apprapriatfeiy'-iie before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi.

2. Para 93 of the judgment of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. U.O.I (1997) 3 SCC 261 bars this court from exercising jurisdiction, as a court of first instance, in causes which are amenable to the jurisdiction ofthe Central Administrative Tribunal. W.P.(C) 10848/2018 2018:DHC:8846
