11.10.2018 The learned' counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the previous order, the petitioners have deposited with the Registrar
(Criminal) of this Court, the original documents of four properties, having approximate-value ofRs. 3.5 crores. The learned counsel for the Association states thatthe saidproperties arenot in thename of the petitioners.
Let an affidavit of the owners of the said properties stating that the said properties are free from all encumbrances alongwith Conipany
Resolution, as may be, to the effect that they have offered the said properties as a security and that the same would subject tothe outcome ofthe criminal trial, be filed on or before 26.10.2018. Failing which the case shall be listed
2018:DHC:8444 y •' for directions. The petitioners have joined investigations.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event .of arrest of the petitioners in FIR No. 610/2015 registered under sections 420/406/120-B
IPG at Police Station, Subhash Place, they be released on bail on their furnishing apersonal bond in the sum ofRs. 2lacs each with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:
(i) - the petitioners shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when they are so intimated by the Investigating Officer;
(ii) they shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant orrelatives orclose associates;
(iii) their mobile phone number shall be operational at all times, so that the police couldcontact them; '
(iv) they shall not make any effort to evade the process oflaw; and
(v) in case ofchange of the phone numbers or address, the petitioners shall informthe police forthwith.
Observation made in this order shall have no bearing onthe merits of the case. ' •
The petitions are disposed-offintheabove terais.
Acopy ofthis order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalfofthe parties under the signature ofthe Court Ma^r.
