22.10.2018 According to the Status Reporthanded over bythe learned counselfor the State;"the petitioners haye settled the lis amicably with the accused in case bearing FIR No.167/2018, registered at Police Station EOW under sections 409/420/120B IPG. They have acknowledged the same by way ofa receipt issued in favour of the accused, who has received an amount of
Rs.29,38,000/- in each of the aforesaid cases. They have informed the police that they would withdraw the complaint against the company and seek quashing ofthe complaint.
Be that as it may, it is for the police to investigate into the largeV- ramifications ofthe complaint,as may be.
