22.10.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby directing the respondents no. 1 and 3 to formulate and implement the
Rules and Regulations regarding primary benefit akin to those being given to the similarly placed societies for its employees at the earliest.
Similar issue came before this Court in WP(C) No. 7510/2018 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 23'^'^ July, 2018, which is not disputed by the counsel for the parties.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file the appeal before the Central
Administrative Tribunal (CAT) within a period oftwo weeks.
