JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with a direction that the Medical Invalidation Board to whom his client has been referred would give his client an opportunity of hearing before taking a view.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in these terms.
