30102018 Vide the present petitiOn, the petitioner seeks direction :thercby directing the respondents to pay the pension and retirement benefits due and payable to the petitioners since their , retirement, along with interest in compliance with the Office Memorandurn No. 4/1/87-P.l.C-I, dated 01.05.1987, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1 submits the case of, the petitioner is under process and the 'final decision shall be taken within three weeks. 2018:DHC:8841 Accordingly, I hereby, direct the respondent No.1 to take the deêision on the prayer made by the petitioner within three weeks from the receipt of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent No.1, he may challenge at the appropriate forum. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J OCTOBER 30, 2018 1 rd - 2018:DHC:8841
