In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are allowed and the Respondents are directed to immediately refix the basic pay/salary of the Petitioners as per recommendations of the 6^^ Central Pay Commission in terms of the similar relief granted by this Court to the Petitioners in the aforementioned Writ Petition (C) 3636 of2016.

3. Consequential orders be passed no later than eight weeks from today.
