13.11.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Us has been amicably settled by way of a Settlement/Agreement dated 22.09.2018, courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said documentis on record. The petitioners have undertaken to pay an amountof
Rs.15.50 lacs in tenns of the schedule mentioned in para 5(b) ofthe said
Settlement/Agreement. In pursuance thereof,a cheque ofRs.25,000/-,dated
15.10.2018 has already been paid to the complainant.
In view ofthe above,the interim order dated 17.09.2018 is confirmed.
An affidavit of undertaking shall be filed by the petitioners within a period ofone week to the effect that the said Agreement shall be duly honoured by them.
2018:DHC:8470 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they will be moving a joint application in terms of the aforesaid Settlement seeking quashing ofthe FIR. However,in case ofdefault apropos any ofaforesaid scheduled payment, it will be open for the Investigating Officer and the complainantto approach the Courtfor directions.
The petition stands disposed-offin terms ofthe above. i
