JUDGMENT

1 Mr. Singh has returned with instructions. Learned counsel says that there is no dispute as to the existence of the arbitration agreement. Furthermore, learned counsel for the respondent says that he has instructions to convey to the court that his client has no objection to a sole Arbitrator being appointed in the matter.

2 Accordingly, Hon’ble Mr. Justice H.R. Malhotra, former Judge of this Court (Mobile No.9311510400) is appointed as a sole Arbitrator. Learned Arbitrator will be paid fee as per terms of the Fourth Schedule appended to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

1996.

3 The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 2018:DHC:7199

4 The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the learned Arbitrator.
