JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Bharadwaj, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, he would be satisfied and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner’s resignation application dated 4 June 2025 within a time bound frame.

2. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the said application within two weeks from today and to communicate the decision as soon as it is taken to the petitioner.

3. Needless to say, should the petitioner remain aggrieved by the decision, the rights of the petitioner in law would remain reserved. W.P.(C) 12290/2025

4. The writ petition is disposed of.
