JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel fbrltHe-petii^her his relief, for the present, to issuance of a dir^ctioii "^oMe SDMC to dispose of the representation, dated 26^ May, 2018, addressed by the petitioner.
2. There cannot possibly be any objection to this request.
3. Mr. Dhanesh Relan, learned Standing Counsel for the SDMC, too, fairly does not oppose the same.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent-SDMC to dispose of the representation, dated 26^^ May, 2018, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks. W.P.(C) 12428/2018 Page 1of[2] 2018:DHC:9060 F"" 8. Let himdo so within a period of oneweek.
5. Needless to say, the decision, as taken, would be communicated to the petitioner.
