ORDER
1. Petitioner has filed these petitions impugning an interim order assessing maintenance.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final order has already been passed by the Trial Court on 16.10.2018 and in view thereof these orders have merged with the final order and petitioner seeks to file a petition impugning the final order. He submits that in viewof the final order having been passed, these petitions have become infructuous subject to his right to challenge the final order.
3. In view of the above, petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
