15.11.2018 The petitioners have preferred this writ petition to assail the order dated 30.07.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal
Bench, New Delhi ('the Tribunal') in OA No.2289/2018. The Tribunal has disposed ofthe said original application leaving it open to the petitioners to make their representation to their employer advancing their grievance^and a direction has been issued to the respondent-corporation to take a decision depending on the outcome of the WP(C) 17804/2017 filed in this Court.
Vide separate order, we have disposed of WP(C) No.17804/2017 without going into themerits, and onequitable considerations.
Since no order has been passed on the grievance raised by the petitioners in their representations, we dispose ofthis writ petition with a direction to the respondents to deal with the representations of the petitioners by passing appropriate reasoned orders within four weeks from today.

WP(C) 17804/2017 inthe aforesaid order, whereas, the same should be read as
WP(C) 8704/2017. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner points out the order passed by the Division Bench in WP(C) 9042/2018 of 28.08.2018, wherein, correctwrit petition numberhas been mentioned.
In view of the aforesaid, we allow the application. Let order be corrected in the aforesaid terms.
