JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Bhargava submits that he has tendered a reply to the show cause notice under challenge.

2. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the show cause notice and answer the issues raised by the petitioner in his reply by way of a reasoned and speaking order to be passed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The order, as and when passed, would be communicated W.P.(C) 12484/2025 forthwith to the petitioner. If the petitioner remains aggrieved by the said order, the remedies of the petitioner in law would remain reserved.

4. The petition is disposed of.
