ORDER
1. In view of the proposals presented to the Court on previous date i.e. 13* November, 2018 whereby Dr. Sachin Kumar Dixit was proposed to be transferred to the composite hospital, CRPF at Guwahati and Dr Vishal Kumar at composite hospital at BSF, Srinagar, the only grievance of the Petitioners is that consequential orders should be expeditiously passed by the MHA. The Court's attention is drawn to the policy at page 44 of the paper book. 2018:DHC:9044-DB ( ! O)
2. The Court accordingly directs that in terms of the said policy, the consequential orders be passed in respect of the both Petitioners not later than two weeks from today by the MHA.
3. Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications are also disposed of.
