JUDGMENT
1. It is stated that CS(Comm) 85/2024, from an interim order in which the present appeal emanates, stands decreed in terms of a settlement arrived at between the parties, by order dated 2 July 2025.
2. Accordingly, this appeal does not survive for consideration.
3. Learned Counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
