ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petitions with the liberty to move an appropriate application duly supported with the medical documents for the cancellation of NBWs against the petitioner.
2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,the present petitionsare dismissedas withdrawn.
3. The Trial Court is directed to consider the application, if any so filed, duly supported with the medical documents, as per law.
4. It is also clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition or the application, if any, filed before the Trial Court. Dasti. CHA SHEKHAR, J
