JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner limits his prayer, for the present, to issuance of a direction to the respondent to decide the representations dated 4"^ October, 2018 and 22"^ October, 2018, submitted by the petitioner.
2. The respondents are directed to take a decision on the said representations within one week and communicate the decision to the petitioner as soon as it is taken.
