BAIL APPLN. 2518/2018

1. Petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner by two weeks in FIR No.94/2018 under Section 21(C) NDPS Act, P.S.Crime Branch. 2018:DHC:7084 BAIL APPLN.2518/2018

2. Petitioner was granted interim bail by the said order as the surgery of the wife of the petitioner was proposed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the surgery has been rescheduled for tomorrow i.e. 02.11.2018 and the wife has to be admitted in the hospital today.

4. The surgery is stated to be a gall bladder by laparoscopy.

5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended till 12.11.2018 on the same terms and conditions and Sureties. Petitioner shall surrender to the concerned jail Superintendent on 12.11.2018.

6. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

7. Order dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
