JUDGMENT
1. By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of his Case No.04/2014 titled as Ravinder Pal Chhabra Vs. State & Ors., pending in the court of the learned District Judge, West District, Delhi to any competent court at Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the retirement of the learned District Judge, West District, Delhi, on 31.10.2017, no incumbent has been appointed. He submits that the said petition has been filed by the petitioner to appoint him as a guardian of his mentally disabled brother, Harjeet Pal Chhabra. He 2018:DHC:7693 Tr.P.(C)187/2018 further submits that their father’s pension is not being released for want of Guardian Certificate.
3. In the circumstances, the Case No.04/2014 is withdrawn from the court of the learned District Judge, West District, Delhi, and is transferred to the court of learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for disposal, in accordance with law.
4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
