ORDER

1. ■ The petitioners have filed the present applications, inter alia, praying that they be permitted to withdraw the above captioned petitions with liberty to challenge the validity of certain provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The said applications are allowed and the above captioned petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Further hearings scheduled in these petitions are cancelled.
