The insurance company has deposited the entire award amount aong w,th upto date interest with the State BankofIndia,SaketCourt
Branch.
Partieshavenowamived intoanamicablesettlementinpre-sitting lokadalatanddetailofthesettlementisreproducedasunder.
Out ofaward amount so deposited by the Insurance company alongwith accrued intemst,the appellant/ Insurance company shall be entitledtoreceive/refundofalumpsumamountofRs.2,17,000/-andthe remaining amount lying deposited with the State Bank ofIndia, Saket
Court Branch alongwith the accrued interest shall be paid to the respondents/claimantsinthemannerasdirected bythelearnedTribunal.
2018:DHC:9288 > Appellant/Insurancecompanyshallalso be entitled to getarefund ofthestatutoiyamountRs.25,000/-alongwiththeinterest,ifany.
Accordingly,it is agreed outofthe award amountso deposited,a lump sum amount ofRs.2,17,000/- shall be refunded to the insurance company along with statutory deposit with interest,ifany. The balance amount lying with State Bank ofIndia, Saket Courts Branch shall be released in favour ofthe respondent/claimants, in terms ofthe award.
Since respondents No.l and 2 are old parents ofthe deceased hence liberty is granted tothem to approach the learned tribunal forrelease of theirshare,consideringtheiragefactor.
In view oftheabove,appealis disposed of.

By the instant application,the claimants-respondents,in effeet, seek correction ofan inadvertent error which had crept in, when the parties settled the matter before Lok Adalat on 08.12.2018. The error pointed out is with regard to the statement ofthe amount lying with
State Bank ofIndia, Saket Court Branch instead ofUCO Bank,Delhi
High Court Branch.
Though, this is a subject of Lok Adalat, keeping in view the trifle nature ofthe subject matter,the correction sought, which isjust and proper,should be made by the Courtitself.
In view of the foregoing, it is directed that in the order dated
08.12.2018, where the reference is made with respect to release of balance amountlying with State Bank ofIndia,Saket CourtBranch,it
