10.12.2018 Vide the present petitions, the petitioner seek directions thereby directing the respondents to reinstate the service allocation of the petitioner.
The issue in the present petitions, is the similar and the same which came before this Court in WP(C) 3073/2017 and was disposed of vide order dated 22.03.2018.
2018:DHC:8983 T Accordingly, I hereby dispose ofthe present petitions, directing the petitioner herein to make representation within two weeks and on receipt of the representation to be made by the petitioners, the respondents are directed to decide the same within four weeks thereafter, in the hght of the decision dated 22.03.2018 in WP(C)
3073/2017 passed by this Court.
The present petitions are disposed of accordingly.
