No.181/2024, Mr. Rajiv Nayyar, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant/M/s One Qube Realtors Pvt. Ltd. submits, that for sake of clarity, O.M.P.(EFA)(COMM.) 6/2016 it may be necessary for this court to observe that in view of what has been held in judgment dated 20.08.2025, the Warrant of Sale of Property dated
18.01.2024 issued by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gurugram, Haryana has been set-aside.
Since by today’s judgment this court has directed issuance of a fresh precept alongwith other consequential directions, it is observed by way of abundant clarification, that Warrant of Sale of Property dated 18.01.2024 stands set-aside.
A copy of this corrigendum be uploaded on the High Court website; and be issued alongwith any certified copy of judgment dated 20.08.2025.
