JUDGMENT

1. Notice. Sh. T.S.Nanda, Advocate accepts the notice. Copy of the petition be supplied to him.

2. By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of his guardianship petition No.8/2018 titled as "Sunil Kumar Khullar Vs. The State (NCT of Delhi)" pending in the court of learned District Judge, West-District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

3. He submits that after the retirement of learned District Judge, West-District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 31.10.2017, no new incumbent has joined. He submits that the petitioner has filed the petition for permission under Section 7 and 29 of the Guardian and Wards Act (VIII of 1890) for appointment of guardian of the minor 2018:DHC:7889 Tr.P.(C) No.228/2018 namely Saptrishi Khullar for permission to sell the share of the minor in the property.

3. In the circumstances, for the expediency of justice, the guardianship petition No.8/2018 titled as "Sunil Kumar Khullar Vs. The State (NCT of Delhi) pending in the court of learned District Judge, West-District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delh on 14th January, 2019.
