1. Mr. Shohit Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner acknowledges that, in view of the order dated, 20^*^ September, 2018, passed by this Court in WP (C) 1807/2018, the petitioner would have to approach the Special Task Force (STF), constituted by the Supreme Court, to look into the cases such as this.

2. Mr. Shohit Chaudhai[7] is at liberty to do so.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
