JUDGMENT

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, who appears in person, and his counsel, Ms. Vaishaly Singh, appearing for Ms. Reena Singh, Advocate submit that the parties have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes outside the Court orally. Pursuant to the settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft dated 23.10.2018 of Rs.[1] lakh issued by The Bank of America, 1st Floor, DLF Centre Sansad Marg, New Delhi 110001 in favour of J.S. Electronics, the proprietor of which is the 2018:DHC:7638 C.R.P.181/2015 respondent/plaintiff. The said Demand Draft of Rs.[1] lakh, has been accepted by the respondent through his counsel in full and final settlement of all his claims.

2. Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the settlement, this revision petition and civil suit No. CS- 50597/2016 (previous No.388/2014) are to be withdrawn by the petitioner and the respondent from this Court and the Court of learned Civil Judge, South-East District, Saket New Delhi respectively.

3. The respondent submits and undertakes to withdraw the civil suit on the next date of hearing.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this revision petition.

5. As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

6. Trial Court record be sent back immediately.
