JUDGMENT
1. There is no appearance on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4.
2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of his petition filed under Section 71 of the Mental Health Act, 1987 from the Court of learned District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to learned District Judge, Central District, Delhi. He submits that on 31.10.2017 after the retirement of the District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, no incumbent has been appointed.
3. In the circumstances, the petition being MHA No.7/2017 pending in the Court of District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari 2018:DHC:7633 Tr.P. (C.) 82/2018 Courts, Delhi is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for disposal in accordance with law. The parties shall appear before the Transferee Court on 20.12.2018.
4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
