JUDGMENT

1. After making certain submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this revision petition. He points out that the petitioner/plaintiff is 82 years old and the matter is being prolonged by the respondent/defendant. He submits that the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial.

2. In the circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Keeping in view the age of the petitioner, let the trial court expedite the trial and dispose of the suit as early as possible preferably within a period of one year.
