19.12.2018 With consent of learned counsel for the parties, above captioned six petitions have been heard together and are being disposed ofby this common order.
In terms of the last order, Demand Drafts of ^5,50,000/- of 28""
November, 2018 and of ?5,20,000/- of 18'^ December, 2018 have been handed over by petitioner to first respondent, who is present in the Court and has been duly identified by his counsel.

2018:DHC:8589 First respondent, present in the Court, submits that now he will withdraw the pending complaints under Section 138 of The Negotiable
InstrumentsAct, 1881 within a week from today. He further submits that there is a full and final settlement in respect of all the pending casesunder
Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 including Ex.
998/2017 titled Nutech Services vs. Verma Computer which is coming up for hearing on 5"' January, 2019 and all these case shall be promptly withdrawn.
It is made clear by first respondent that he will also withdraw the pending executionpetition.
Let it be so done on or before 25'^ January, 2019 and an undertaking to this effect by way of an affidavit be placed on record by the first respondent, within three weeks from today.
While taking on record the aforesaid undertaking, the impugned orders are accordingly set aside.
The above captioned petitions and the applications stands disposed of accordingly.
