Parties were referred to Mediation Centre and the report has been received indicating that the settlement has been arrived at between the complainant and the petitioners.
In viewofthe settlementarrived at between theparties which learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners would abide by, this

In the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond In the sum of?25,000/- each with one surety bond each ofthe like amount,subject to the satisfaction ofthe Arresting
Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way ofan affidavit.
