ORDER
1. By these petitions, petitioners seek bail in case FIR No.342/2018 under Sections 406/420/34 IPG registered at PS Malviya Nagar. The abovenoted FIR was registered on the complaint of one T.C.Badan who BAILAPPLN.2781/2018&conn.matter pagelof[2] 2018:DHC:8493 stated that he was the CEO of Made Easy Pvt. Ltd. which is a company running institutes all over India for coaching classes for students for preparation of UPSC examination i.e. IAS and lES. In this regards they publish various books and they had placed order of such books to M/s.Trident Printing Solution who gave the sub-contract to Vinayak Offset Printing Press for printing ofthe books. The petitioners are the owners of Vinayak Offset Printing Press and the allegations againstthe petitioners are thatthey printed extra number ofbooks ofthe publication ofMadeEasyPvt. Ltd. and sold them in the market. During the course ofinvestigation, 277 such books have been recovered. Petitioners are in custody since 26'^ October,2018 and the investigation ifany would have been completed by now.

Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioners have already been in custodyfrom nearlytwo months and have been subjectedto custodialinterrogation,this Courtdeemsitfitto grantbailtothe petitioners. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of?25,000/- each with two surety bonds each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM®uty Magistratefiirthersubjecttothecondition thatin caseof nh.ngeofaddresstheywillintimatethesametothelearnedTrialCourt.
