JUDGMENT
1. After some hearing, Ms. Saahila Lamba, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition with prayers which can be granted by the Court, including a challenge to recruitment rules, if any.
2. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid.
3. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
