JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and draws attention of this Court to one order passed by this Court on 06.08.2025 in CM(M) 1462/2025.
2. Without prejudice to her rights and contentions, learned counsel for respondent submits that she would have no objection, if one last and final opportunity is granted to the petitioners herein to file their rejoinder affidavit within two working days from today, subject to some cost.
3. The Court has gone through copy of the order passed by this Court in CM(M) 1462/2025. It is noted that there is some typographical error in the abovesaid order as the next date before learned Trial Court is 03.11.2025 but due to some inadvertent typographical error such date is mentioned as 31.11.2025.
4. Let the corrections be made and corrected order be uploaded as a CM(M) 1579/2025 2 corrigendum to the abovesaid order.
5. Coming back to the present petition, in view of concessions given by learned counsel for respondent/landlady, the present petition is disposed of with direction that rejoinder affidavit be filed on or before 25.08.2025 and, simultaneously, for causing delay in the matter, the petitioners herein are burdened with cost of Rs.10,000/- which shall be payable to the respondent/landlady on the next date before learned Trial Court i.e. 03.11.2025.
6. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
