2. We are informed that this Court, vide order dated 14.07.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No. 3904 of 2013, has permitted the similarly situated teachers to continue in view of their long service despite the fact that they allegedly lacked the qualification. This is, however, disputed.

Therefore, this appeal is also disposed of in view of the order passed in the case referred to above, with a direction not to disturb the appellant in view of his long experience ........................
