JUDGMENT
1. This matter has been taken up on the office note because of a typographical error in the name of the Police Station mentioned in paragraph Nos. 1 and 11 of the judgment dated 25.08.2025, inasmuch as the Police Station mentioned is Shahdara, instead of Jagatpuri.
2. A perusal of the FIR reveals that the case pertains to Police Station Jagatpuri, District Shahdara.
3. Necessary corrigendum be issued correcting Police Station name as Jagatpuri in paragraph Nos. 1 and 11 of the judgment dated 25.08.2025.
4. This order be uploaded as a corrigendum to the judgment dated 25.08.2025.
