JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 171/2015 of PS Bhalswa Dairy for offence under Section 341/354D/506 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.
2. Respondent no. 2 present with her counsel and identified by IO/SI Mahesh Kumar accepts notice. Learned APP accepts notice and submits that he has no serious objection to this petition.
3. I have spoken with petitioner and respondent no. 2 in Hindi. CRL.M.C. 6123/2025 pages Respondent no. 2 submits that now for past almost 10 years after registration of FIR, the petitioner has not been troubling her at all. The petitioner explains that he used to travel with respondent no. 2 in the same auto, because their timings were same. Petitioner undertakes not to contact respondent no. 2 in any manner whatsoever. Respondent submits that she does not wish to pursue prosecution of petitioner in view of his reformed conduct.
4. Having spoken with the parties, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push them through trial.
5. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 171/2015 of PS Bhalswa Dairy for offence under Section 341/354D/506 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending application stands disposed of.
