(1) Leave granted. (2) When the parties appeared before this Court on 20th July, 2018, on the intervention of the Court the parties agreed for mediation. We find that the parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Settlement Agreement dated 8th August, 2018 has been produced before this Court and the same is taken on record. (3) This appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 8th August, 2018 which shall form part of the decree. (4) We record our appreciation for the strenuous efforts put by Ms. Manjula Gupta, learned Mediator, and for the cooperation rendered by the learned counsel and the parties. (5) We direct the parties to take further steps in terms of the above settlement without delay. (6) Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of .............................. J.
