JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner only seeks, by WP(C) 13749/2025, that the respondents be directed to take a decision on the petitioner’s representation which has been addressed in the form of a legal notice dated 15 April 2025, annexed as Annexure P[1] to the writ petition.

2. Mr. Ranjeev Khatana, learned SPC for the respondents on instructions undertakes that a decision on the petitioner’s representation/legal notice would be taken within four weeks from today and communicated to the petitioner forthwith. W.P.(C) 13749/2025

3. In that view of the matter, the grievances of the petitioner stand assuaged. The writ petition is disposed of binding the respondents to the statements made at the Bar.
