JUDGMENT

1. Mr. Jagdish Chandra, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents, after some hearing, very fairly submits, on instructions, that the respondents would dispose of the petitioner’s appeal on merits within a period of four weeks from today.

2. Accordingly, the grievance in the writ petition stands assuaged. Let the appeal be disposed of within a period of four weeks. The decision on the appeal, as and when taken, would be communicated forthwith to the petitioner.

3. Needless to say, the petitioner’s rights to challenge the order, if remains aggrieved, would remain reserved. W.P.(C) 12923/2025
