1. Petitioners are plaintiffs before learned Trial Court and have filed a suit for permanent injunction and recovery of arrears.

2. The suit was instituted in the year 2017.

3. The limited grievance in the present petition is to the effect that injunction application has yet not been decided and learned Trial Court may be requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. Learned counsel for defendants No.1 and 2 appears on advance notice and submits that there would not be any delay on their part and they would render complete assistance to learned Trial Court. He, however, submits that not only the abovesaid injunction application, the plaintiff has also filed three CM(M) 1626/2025 2 other applications, including one under Order VI Rule 17 CPC and the other under Order XII Rule 6 CPC.

5. The next date before learned Trial Court is stated to be 02.09.2025, petitioner is disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to make best endeavour to dispose all such miscellaneous applications, and as expeditiously as possible.

6. Be that as it may, keeping in mind the fact that there is complete assurance coming from the side of defendants No.1 and 2.

7. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.

8. Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
