JUDGMENT
(oral)

1. Petitioner has filed a suit seeking injunction and occupation charges.

2. The defendants are her step-children.

3. The limited request in the present suit is to direct the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit in a time-bound manner.

4. The suit is relatively a new one, instituted last year only and, therefore, it will not be possible for this Court to give any such direction, more so when there is no instance of any hardship or acute exigency cited before this Court.

5. However, during course of the arguments, Mr. Nandwani, learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submitted that his one injunction application is pending adjudication before the learned Trial Court and the defendant has also moved an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.

6. He submits that, at least, the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider those applications, as expeditiously as possible.

7. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 04.10.2025 CM(M) 1619/2025 2 and, present petition is, accordingly, disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to consider the abovesaid two applications and to dispose those of as expeditiously as possible.

8. Needless to say, such disposal would be in accordance with law and after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides.

9. The present petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

10. The pending application also stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
