JUDGMENT

1. Mr. K.G. Bansal, learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal has been instituted against an interlocutory order passed by the learned Commercial Court and that the trial is complete and the suit itself is ripe for final hearing.

2. He, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw this appeal with the clarification that the learned Commercial Court would not be influenced by the impugned order or any observations or findings contained therein while deciding the suit and reserving liberty with the appellants to seek legal remedies, in case the appellants remain aggrieved by the decision in the suit. FAO (COMM) 79/2024

3. With the clarification and reserving liberty as aforesaid, the appeal is permitted to be disposed of as withdrawn.
